Shuttle Buses on Campus

Complimentary shuttle buses will provide transportation between the Toldo Lancer Centre and the Welcome Centre during the event, as well as to the Downtown Campus (Armouries Building and School of Social Work). All buses are fully accessible, with space and tie-downs for two wheelchairs per bus. The buses are also equipped with kneelers (air is released from the front suspension to lower the doorway to the curb, lessening the height to step up onto the bus) and the ramp can be deployed upon request.

Lunch

A complimentary vegetarian lunch will be provided for event attendees.

On-campus food outlets will also be open for food purchase during the event. The University of Windsor food services provider, Sodexo, is committed to:

  • fostering a culture that supports equity, diversity, and inclusion,

  • environmental sustainability in their food practices,

  • cultivating a culture of respect, wellness, professional development, and growth
